as mentioned previously, it's almost impossible to find culture in LA. yes yes, i KNOW i don't have a driver's license. but if you need a darn driver's license to find culture in a city, that's just pathetic. and it means that people who don't have access to vehicles (for sadder reasons than mine) are out of luck. which is WRONG i say, WRONG!!! but enough of my crazy ranting....
