during a random IM conversation this morning, derek and i determined that the world needed a few more key symbols to convey those expressions/subtleties that seem to fail us when communicating through IM. i mean, who hasn't rolled their eyes staring at some stupid statement made during a gchat or meebo conversation? i mean, SERIOUSLY.
so here's what we've come up with for now:
IIPE = irony
(for the straight lines, hold down SHIFT and \ simultaneously)
=S = sarcasm
(simple, but effective)
(QQ) = whatever
(see the eyes?!)
